- Below are some of our policies. The full list of policies is available for download below.
- Dogs that are aggressive or known to bite, or become increasingly aggressive as they age may be refused at any time before or during grooming. This is not only for the safety of the groomer but also for the safety of the dog. Extremely aggressive dogs may better be suited to sedated grooming by a Veterinarian. We NEVER administer medications to a dog, but we may recommend or require the dog to be medicated for grooming.
- Geriatric dogs and those with significant health problems may be refused. Full grooming may stress an already weakened dog to a dangerous level. Our first priority is the safety of the animals.
- Excessive matting will require an extra charge due to increased time spent grooming and wear on our equipment.
- Cancellations require a 48 hour notice. Anything less than 48 hours is subject to a fee equal to 1/2 the price of a groom (per dog). Repetitive late notice cancellations or no shows will require a non-refundable deposit to book another appointment. At the time of the appointment the deposit will be credited for the grooming.
- No shows are subject to the same fee as the cancellation fee (see above). If you are a new customer and do not show for your first and/or second scheduled appointments, we will no longer schedule appointments for you.
- Late pickups will be charged a $10 fee for every 15 minutes left after closing, up to an hour. After an hour, the dog(s) will be kenneled and an additional $50 boarding fee will be implemented.
***Policies are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the owner***
